KyleMcDesign just had Stag Bán a Stag Bán is our first beer, primarily it’s an easy-going beer brewed at lower temperatures to
create a cleaner profile, the malt profile is an uncomplicated design to give somebody to the
beer without being heavy or cloying.
Stag Bán has a healthy dose of modern and classic hops expected of the style, First
Gold, Admiral and Cascade lend an orangey citrus aroma with recognizable floral character
with EKG in the background with its spicy dry finish. We designed this beer with summer in
mind, it’s not a hop bomb, an IPA, double or triple, the IBU is in fact under 30. This is about
balance, being gluten free, everyone can enjoy Stag Bán From 9 White Deer @ The White Horse –
