KyleMcDesign just had Switchback Pilsner a Switchback pours with a brilliant golden hue and dense white foam. Aromatics are of fresh-cut hay with slight floral notes and the unmistakable graininess that is the hallmark of a traditional German-style pilsner. The mouth feel is light-bodied with a subtle hint of citrus and the pleasant tanginess of Hallertau hops. Finishes clean and refreshing. Recipe by our resident Dane, Dan Unkerskov.
