EH_BREWER just had Rubee a RUBEE is a blend of Ontario apples, cranberries and tart cherries complimented with the sweetness of local wildflower honey. Rubee is handcrafted in the same traditional method as Ernest Dry with 7 varieties of Ontario apples; it has a lovely pink hue and is stays true to a our beliefs of creating a true craft cider by remaining apple-forward, 100% natural with very little intervention from us—the way mother nature intended it.
