EH_BREWER just had Pilon a Pilon Saison debuted in 2017, brewed specially for Brewed Food’s Good Bugs series, a liquid celebration of yeast and its uncanny ability to produce food flavors in beer. Named for the pestle and mortar used to ground up spice — a flavor byproduct of yeast in this beer — Pilon returns this year as a limited, draft-only release.
