New Bruxland Farmhouse IPA

EH_BREWER just had New Bruxland Farmhouse IPA a This is a truly unique brew. A hybrid between a New England style IPA and a Farmhouse ale. Brewed with a variety of highly kilned malts, wheat and flaked oats to produce a hazy golden colored ale. We hopped this beer using Ella, Citra, Lemondrop, and Cascade to create a juicy nose with a twist. It was then fermented using a mixture of Brett (sacchoromyces bruxellenis Trois) and French Saison yeast to give this IPA its signature funky, yet hoppy taste.

NOTE: This beer is not intended to be sour. However, Farmhouse IPA falls under a Sour tag on Untappd. From Rivertowne Brewing (Pennsylvania) @ Rivertowne North Shore –
