EH_BREWER just had Medjool Date Melomel a At Western Reserve Meadery we use the finest varietal honeys in all of our wines. This lightly sweet melomel is made with honey made from Star Thistle blossoms, which lends it light citrus and vanilla notes. The addition of Medjool Dates makes the perfect accompaniment to the honey, adding dried fruit and custard notes. Serve lightly chilled.
