Limberlost Bruin – 2021

KyleMcDesign just had Limberlost Bruin – 2021 a A blend of brown ales inspired by beer from the Bière De Garde farmhouse style of Northern France. A portion of the beer was aged in puncheons with a unique spontaneous yeast strain, while the other portion was fermented in stainless with our house ale strain. More approachable than in years past, with a malt-forward body, a touch of barnyard funk and a slightly tart finish.
