KyleMcDesign just had Doppelbock a Conditioned for over three months our Doppelbock is intensely complex and balances rich malt with balancing bitterness and a hint of roast. Deep brown with a ruby highlights, this beer was fermented cold with German bock yeast resulting in a clean fermentation profile and complex notes of dark and candied fruits.
