KyleMcDesign just had Clean Cut (A Kölsch!) a Our filtered Kölsch has been lagering for 2 weeks and is tasting super fresh with pure grainy flavours along with a delicate bitterness. For this first batch we partially carbonated this one to recreate the ancestral Germans techniques. Once the Kölsch has reached the perfect taste make sure we will release it!
