Bees Knees

EH_BREWER just had Bees Knees a A collaboration with McMaster University students who were tasked to create the most sustainable beer possible. They audited the brewing process for energy efficiency and crafted a recipe that utilizes primarily Canadian ingredients and local honey. The result is a sharp blonde ale that drinks like a pilsner.
