KyleMcDesign just had Vines of Passion a Vines of Passion is a 7.4% barrel-aged Grape Ale with Muscat Must. It features a golden hue and winey aromas. It aged in oak barrels for a bit over 2 years, which enabled the flavors to round and balance.
It was brewed with a combination of barley, wheat, oats and rye, which provided a deep biscuity-like profile. Fermented and matured with a blend of wild yeasts, this Grape Ale combines some sweetness and white wine notes from the wine must, but also from the Nelson Sauvin hops.
